Painted Horse LLC’s On Point made his show ring debut with success during the Aiken December Classic II in Aiken, South Carolina. The 5-year-old gelding (Osilvis—Carma, Cartouche Z) earned top ribbons in the Baby Green Hunters with rider/trainer Annie Walters of AMW Stables.

“Wow! It was a cold and rainy but wonderful week at the Aiken December Classic,” said Annie. “Our horses never fail to put forth their best efforts and how privileged are we to get to ride them. On Point debuted in the baby greens like a complete gentleman, earning tricolor ribbons all week! What a beautiful horse with a big future ahead of him.”

On Point modeling his first ribbon he won in his first over fences class of his career!

“Sunny” will step up to the 3’ Green Hunters during his next outing in January, and we’re thrilled with how quickly he acclimated to the horse show life. With just a light longe on the first day before the ticketed warm-up and a flat in the ring the morning of his first show day, he’s an easy prep and naturally quiet and brave.
